Mohit Sethi is a leadership and organization development specialist with over 23 years of experience. Being in the capacity of OD&L Leader for NielsenIQ for AME, India, and APAC for the last 12 years, and having served 15.5K associates in his remit, he brings to the table a global perspective – be it cultural, behavioral and leadership point of view. Mohit also brings with him six years of solid corporate consulting exposure where he worked with 7 different industry sectors and over 40 companies in India. Mohit has worked with leadership teams on very key assignments – from Change Management to Strategy Deployment, from structuring learning strategy to developing leaders across bands in the company, from curating leadership forums to sustaining long term development of leaders who took part in those interventions. He has therefore the highest flexibility in bringing to his customers HR solutions, that could be short term or long term.
Ruchika Chopra is the founder and operations Lead of Triguna- A Leadership and Talent Development Consultancy. She has handles training, operations, marketing and sales for the organization. Ruchika has worked with companies such as Samsung Electronics, Dr. Morepen, McGraw-Hill, Cushman & Wakefield and Footprints. She has extensive experience working with the MNCs and Indian Companies. Ruchika is a certified soft skills trainer. Ruchika has been an active co-trainer with Mohit Sethi at Triguna in various companies. Ruchika believes in a learner-centric approach, customizing training modules to address individual and organizational goals. Utilizes interactive workshops, role-play, and real-world scenarios to enhance skill acquisition.
